Electricity, water, internet and standard household utilities are included where applicable, so there are no separate bills to juggle.

Appliances, cookware and household essentials, so you can cook what you want, when you want.
Laundry on site
A washer and dryer in the house. No laundromat, no coins.
A house manager
Someone responsible for the household running properly — upkeep, standards, and a point of contact when something needs sorting.
Your own routine
You come and go as you like. Shared living is a housing arrangement, not a programme, and not supervision.

The kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry and outdoor areas are shared with the other residents of the house, and looked after by everyone who uses them.
Who may be a good fit
Eagle Harbor may be appropriate for adults who can live independently in a shared residential environment and are seeking stable housing.

House expectations
A shared house works when everyone in it holds to the same basics. Eagle Harbor households are built around these principles:
- Respect for other residents. Everyone in the house is entitled to be treated decently.
- Cleanliness. Shared spaces are left as you would want to find them.
- Quiet hours. The house stays quiet enough for people to sleep and rest.
- Respect for personal property. What belongs to someone else stays theirs.
- Guest policies. Visitors are handled according to the policy for that residence.
- Shared-space expectations. Common areas are shared fairly and kept usable.
- Safety. Nothing that puts the household or the home at risk.

How to request housing
Send the form
Fill in the housing request form. It is short, and we do not ask for sensitive information.
We review it
We look at what you need against what is available and get back to you.
We talk it through
Housing details, the house rules, costs and expectations — all covered before anything is agreed.
Move in
Move-in arrangements are made, and the room is furnished and ready.
