Accessibility Statement
This website is built to be usable by everyone, and we want to know when it falls short.
Our commitment
Eagle Harbor Residences is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In building this site we have worked to:
- Maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and its background.
- Provide a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Make all navigation, forms and accordions operable by keyboard alone.
- Use a correct, ordered heading structure on every page.
- Label every form field, and describe errors in text rather than by colour alone.
- Provide meaningful alternative text for images that carry information.
- Keep touch targets large enough to use comfortably on a phone.
- Respect the reduced-motion setting for people who prefer less animation.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. Content added over time — particularly images and documents — may not always meet the standard immediately. We correct issues as we find them, and we would rather hear about a problem than not.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this website prevents you from doing what you came to do, please contact us and describe what happened. We will fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the information you were looking for another way.
