Who We Are

Eagle Harbor Residences was created to help address a straightforward problem: too many capable adults in South Florida cannot find housing they can afford and rely on. Rising rents, limited inventory and long waiting lists leave people without a stable place to live — and leave the organizations helping them without dependable options.
Our answer is professionally managed shared housing. Residents have their own personal living space in a furnished home, share well-kept common areas with other adults, and have a house manager supporting day-to-day household operations. The result is housing that costs less than living alone, feels like a home rather than an institution, and holds up over time.
Residents are adults, and we treat them that way. Eagle Harbor provides housing and household management — not treatment, supervision or care.
