Our Story
Eagle Harbor was created in response to conditions that anyone working in housing in South Florida will recognise.
- Housing costs have risen faster than many people’s ability to pay them.
- Adults who are perfectly capable of living independently still struggle to find housing they can hold onto.
- Case managers and agencies spend enormous effort searching for placements they can rely on, often without success.
- Shared housing exists, but the quality and management vary widely, and there is little consistency to point people toward.
- Stability and community — not just a roof — are what keep someone housed.
Eagle Harbor was formed to be a dependable answer to that: well-kept homes, clear expectations, professional management, and a partner that responds when an organization calls. We are early in our story, and we would rather build it carefully than overstate it.
