If a placement proceeds and further documentation is genuinely required, we will arrange a secure way to handle it separately.

We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, assess housing availability and fit, and carry a placement forward if there is one. Submissions are stored in this website’s database and are accessible only to authorised Eagle Harbor administrators.

Referrals made on someone’s behalf
If you are an organization referring a resident, you are responsible for having the appropriate authority or consent to share that person’s contact details with us. We use those details to contact the resident and the referring organization about housing.
